Notice in the first picture the furniture stain and filtration stain from the furnace register. The second shows how well it cleaned, yet, the furniture stain remains. Using special products designed to make furniture dyes disappear, the third picture shows the furniture stain gone. This product works most times depending on the length of time and previous cleaning attempts have been made. These types of stains are easily set by DIY cleaning attempts.
You can see where their sofa was placed by the dirt left behind by shoes and feet. Look closely in the picture after I cleaned this room. It is much cleaner and brighter. The lesson here is the tenant hired a company that charged less. We all do it. However, the work was unacceptable, and the owner deducted the amount that I charge, from her deposit. So in reality, cheap does become expensive.
Notice the outline of a desk chair mat. Upon moving out, the family that rented this home had the carpets professionally cleaned by another company. I was able to remove the dirt and staining the other company couldn’t remove.
