Problems with Carpet Cleaners?
1) The carpet takes too long to dry.
- We make every effort to remove as much dirt and moisture as possible resulting in faster drying. We use high-velocity air-movers for even faster drying, too!
2) The carpet gets dirty fast, just after they're cleaned.
- Not with our cleaning techniques and flushing action. We specialize in Rotary Jet Extraction (RX-20). It's a motorized machine that connects to the truckmount steamcleaning unit that I tell people, "It's like throwing your carpet in a washing machine." It deeply cleans and removes the problems that cause the carpet to get dirty faster. Most cleaners use a standard cleaning wand. We use this! For commercial cleaning and those out of the way places, the RX-20 works great with our Ultramatic 900.
3) The last time a carpet cleaner was at my home my walls and furniture were marked and dinged up from the hoses.
- We skid furniture that will be moved during cleaning and set corner wallguards to protect hoses from damaging your walls or furniture. We also place protective tarps on areas not being cleaned.
4) "The carpets don't look any different after they're cleaned. What am I paying all this money for!?"
- They will when we're done. Not only will they look newer, but also they'll stay that way much longer than my competitors. And that's a fact!
5) They always say it's going to cost one price, but when they get here, it's always more!
- I hear that a lot. It's unfortunate that even if you do pay the higher price you still get the same bad service that comes along with the lower price. But if you knew up-front that the cost to clean was higher than you usually pay, but you get way more in value-added service and better cleaning results, isn't it worth it in the long run? As a matter of fact, our prices may seem higher at first, but if we were to charge according to each step in our Cleaning Procedures, I guarantee you, it would be a lot higher.
